I. Product Name: DFF2 Auxiliary Switch

II. Produce Usage: DFF2 Auxiliary Switch is mainly used for secondary circuit of high tension switchgear and control equipment for connection, segmented control, signal and other instruction or interlock.

III. Product Structure: The product is rotary auxiliary switch, which leading-out terminal adopts screw pressure welding connection. The product is assembled by modular switch unit, whose contact pitch number can be determined randomly in accordance with user's requirements with very flexible assemble mode. The switch unit adopts modular design, and each unit module has been equipped with 4-terminal bi-breakpoint contact head switch element with compact and novel structure.  Each switch unit connects with each other through exterior and interior gear coupling of contact head pedestal with perfect synchronization performance. The switch is equipped with zero mark for indicating position direction, and each pair of contact is marked with numerical symbols. With axis of revolution rotating to certain of angle, each pair of contact will change its closed or open state. When the axis of revolution in Table 1 rotates to an angle range of 45° with zero degree, each contact will be in open and closed state, and then once change of open and close state of each contact will change with once rotating 90°. Moving contact adopts advanced riveting technology for connection through own power and to break circuit based on advantageous mechanical and electrical properties.

IV. Product Features: The product is a new auxiliary switch, which design can fully reflect an idea of green environment protection. For fully improving stock utilization, contact connect adopts self-reliance mode, that is, contact connects circuit based on the self-elasticity of moving contact. It is no doubt that it can save space and other parts compared with spring mechanism. We have designed an independent contact pedestal, where a moving contact should be installed into the contact pedestal. There is not electrical connection among adjacent contact unit modules, which can dramatically increase the creepage distance with obvious advantage compared with domestic similar rotary auxiliary switch. The leading-out terminal of insulating part is designed in accordance with 40° slope, which not only can highly reduce its overall size, but also enjoy very distinct advantage: As for traditional product, most fixed contact is plane structure, but the fixed contact of the product is ratchet structure with very good three-dimensional ground effect and more convenient wiring. Traditional product only can make a straight line operation as wiring with tighten tool, but the product adopts slope design, so it can make an angle operation, which is very beneficial for switch cabinets or breakers whose space has been strictly limited. Slope design can increase protective function. Due to angle, it is invisible to see the leading-out terminal from positive direction, and it is hard for your body to contact the current-carrying part of switch.
