As a wiring installation accessory widely used in high/low voltage switch cabinet, distribution board and control cabinet, DFP1 Wiring Version is quite suitable for electric engineering installation with exquisite appearance, compact structure, easy installation, and firm, durable feature. It is composed of mounting plate, thread tension strip, connecting rod, strap and screw modules, in which, mounting plate and connecting rod adopt aluminum alloy material with the performance of good strength, flexibility and corrosion resistance, because its surface has been treated by anodic oxidation, while its thread tension strip and strap adopt high quality thermoplastic plastic with the performance of good electrical and inflaming retarding.
You can install the connecting rod in the cabinet at first, followed by assembling the mounting plate in the connecting rod, or installing the mounting plate at the framework of cabinet directly with screws as installation.
The mounting plate is divided into 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm and 120mm, which length and size of opening shall be provided by customers. The detailed model is as follows:

Note: there are three kinds of hole specifications: φ6.5, 8.5×10 and 7×30. When hole specification is 7×30, the edge distance must be 18.5mm, so customer could not make its own choice for edge distance and center distance. | |||||

Thread tension strip can be divided into 2.5 thread tension strip and 4~6 thread tension strip in accordance with the wire diameter of connecting wire, in which, the first one is used for the connecting wire less than 2.5mm2, and the last one is used for the connecting wire of 4~6 mm2.

Connecting rod is a part installing mounting plate and connecting cabinet. Where the opening is should follow the requirements of users based on the bore diameter of Φ5.4mm.
